can a non-Japanese residence apply for a Mobal voice and data sim, will our foreign ID/address be accepted for registration purpose.

You can literally just buy a sim card on amazon or other websites that have both data/voice for Japan. Just look it up my friend.

I have searched, but to activate it, it requires the same details as mobile.
