Store with crafts from other Japanese regions

Hello!
I'll be visiting Japan by the end of March.
And I won't be able to go to different regions as my time there would be short.
So, I wanted to know if there is a gift store that has arts & crafts, and gifts from other regions. For example: the wood crafting from Hakone. Just to mention one.
I'd like to get stuff from different places even if I can't visit them.

Major department stores like Seibu in Shibuya are also a good place to try.

If you stay in Tokyo, this shop would also be good.
