Toyota NZE 2003 is my car, there is light that comes and go i have no idea what it's all about.
The light is like a circle and has arrows facing each other.

You need to put more air in your tires.
That is the low air pressure indicator for your tires.

It is the low tire pressure indicater. On some cars, check also the spare tire.
On mine (different model) there is the reset button under the dash board below the stearling column, if it doesn't go off after putting air to the spec. Do not put the (green goo) puncture sealer or it will plug up the radio tranmitted tire pressure sensor mounted on the valve stem inside the tire.
Make sure the tire pressure is up to spec. or the gas mileage will be compromized and wear out the tire sooner.
