Where to buy used CDs/DVDs in major cities ?

I will be traveling for 27 days covering most of the major attraction-cities in the country.
Is there any place where I can buy cheap 2nd-hand(used) music cds or dvds of Japanese classic movies or past Japanese singers like Hibara or Saijo Hideki etc ? Shall I look for them at flea market or any speciality shop ?

I don't know if they have singers you're looking for, but the biggest chain shop is Book Off. They have a shop in almost every city. In Tokyo the big one is in Akihabara. In Kyoto it is in San-jo.
