Water wooden tube thing from anime

Sorry for the confusing title. Well I have seen this thing in anime. It is a wooden tube cut in half onto which water pours. The tube becomes full and tips over making a typical klonking sound and the water flows out of the tube into a can or the like. Then the tube falls back to its original position and so on. Anyone recognize this item and know if I can get it in Japan? Prefered not too big so I can put it in my luggage.

It's called a "shishi-odoshi" ("deer scarer"). Not sure where you could buy one though.

I looked up amazon.co.jp and found one. Search "Ž­ˆÐ‚µ" You might have luck on rakuten as well, or I would ask in Tokyu Hands or Loft (take a printout with you).
