Are there any places/brands that sell cheap fairy kei/casual lolita-like clothing? Brands similar to candy stripper, milk, Nile Perch katie, etc. Their clothing is way too expensive(like $90+ for a t-shirt)...
By cheap, I mean below $30 for an item.
Please recommend shops in Tokyo, & preferably with an online catalog for me to see(I don't need to purchase it online, it's just to see the style & pricing).

I've heard shops like SPINNS are cheap.
Also KINJI, a used clothing shop.
However, both of these don't really have online catalogues.
Maybe try taobao?
