Hello! Do you have any good LP/Vinyl shops to recommend in Tokyo? (Guess most are around Akihabara though)
Thanks in advance.

Tower Records is still a good place to buy music; but I guess you'll feel more like "at home" at Disk Union. There're lots all around Tokyo, each of them specializing in different styles, so you'd better check what each of them is about before going at: http://diskunion.net/st/shop/Most are around Shinjuku but there's a big one in Ochanomizu and another in Nakano Sun Plaza

Hi, I have not been to Tokyo yet but a friend of mine advised that the best place for vinyls are at Recofan and Disk Union. Check out Disk Union website. They have stores with entire floor dedicated to different genres of music! You can say that Tokyo is a vinyl collector's paradise. I'll be heading to Tokyo in Sep just for the purpose of shopping for music! Check out this site: http://www.vinylrecordcollector.net/2012/11/tokyo-japan-style-definiti...

Does Tower Records even sell vinyl?
I'd agree that Disk Union might be your best bet, especially the Shinjuku location. And there are a lot of smaller vinyl shops scattered around Shibuya.
