Flea markets in Tokyo and Kyoto

Hello you Kind People,
I would have another question for anyone who knows,
We'll be in August 2013 , the 3rd and 4th in Tokyo and again the 24 and 25th. Would it happen to have any flea markets on those dates, but not like a garage sale, more older stuff?
And again ,we will be in Kyoto , from the 12th to the 16th, any flea markets there on weekdays?
And a 3rd question: does anybody know about the Awa Odori held in Koenji end of August?
We were hoping to see it at the end of our trip.
