Buying from yahoo auctions when in Japan? 2013/7/27 01:58
Hi!

I am planning to spend a month in Tokyo, Japan sometime next year and wish to use auction sites like "Yahoo auctions". But, is it possible to recieve packages in any way while I am spending my time in Japan? Like getting packages sent to a store (e.g. lawson) or getting a temporary post box/mail adress? And if it is, what service would you recommend?

It's awfully expensive to send JP goods to Norway, as well as the customs are really expensive for items over 35$ worth. What's worse, middleman services charge ridicolous prices and only have expensive shipping methods like EMS or FedEx.

I think lawsons can receive the items for you, you can also ask your hotel to receive it, but first you have to register with yahoo jp.
