Train from Osaka to Tokyo (1 day pass)

Is there a 1 day pass for the train?
I went online but all I see was 7 day pass for tourist.
I already have the 5 days pass for the bus (willer express) but the last day, I want to travel by train from Osaka (Skytree) to Tokyo.
Please advise on how to go about it and the price too.
Thanks in advance.
ps: first timer in japan. don't really wish to get lost.
