We arrive at Shin-Osaka station staying 9 days in Osaka. Whatfs best transport card/pass to buy for subway and short trips to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe?

Unless you go to more remote destinations such as Himeji or Mt Koya, ICOCA will end up the cheapest.
