Price of admission at Hakone Yuryo

On my trip to Hakone I've decided on a visit to Hakone Yuryo for a onsen experience.
However I've got a question and I'm hoping that some people here might have the answers.
I've looked on the website however I can't find the price for admission to the private baths they offer.
Reason I've decided on this location is because its ideal for not only its location but the fact it seems to offer some nice private baths which is handy because I've got a few tattoos.

The cost for the private baths varies between 3800 and 5800 yen for an hour per room. That is in addition to the general admission of 1300 yen per person. Advance reservations for the private baths are recommended. The phone number is found on the following page, but I doubt that inquiries in languages other than Japanese can be handled: http://www.hakoneyuryo.jp/spa/private/
