Hiroshima - Matsuyama ferry

Considering the choice between the jet boat and the car ferry from Hiroshima to Matsuyama, does the jet boat have an outdoor deck area for a clear view and photos of the passing scene? Presumably the car ferry does. (If it matters, this would probably be in the afternoon of Oct. 28.) Thanks for any advice!
