Are there speciality shops that sell such items ?
I have seen an electrical cooker that comes with a bowl container that can be used for most cooking needs and compact. All packed into a size of less than one 8'' x 8'' x 8''; and good choices of foldable luggage bags.
Also looking for a hair-washing machine or bathing machine, if any.

You mean like a small rice cooker? They are available at any home goods/home electronics store for a few thousand yen. Note that many hotels prohibit using items like this in their rooms, so be sure to check that its ok first.
