Mitsukoshi departmental store in Tokyo 2013/8/25 16:38
Is this place listed as Mitsukoshimae, about 200m south of Shinnihonbashi Station ?

"Mitsukoshi-mae" is the name of metro subway station, actually two metro lines have stations of that name, Ginza line and Hanzomon line. As "-mae" means "in front of/close by..." so the station name means "in front of/right by Mitsukoshi."

From Shin-nihonbashi station (on JR) to Mitsukoshi Department Store, it may be a bit longer than 200 meters... their access page says 7 minutes' walk. It is true that Ginza line's Mitsukoshi mae station is only about 200 meters south of Shin-nihonbashi.

On this map, Shin-nihonbashi station is the light gray one at the top of the map, the salmon pink station running vertically down the map is Ginza line's Mitsukoshi-mae station, and the dark pink boxes (two connected) show the Mitsukoshi Department Store's location. The salmon pink colored box running horizontally (connected to the dark pink box) is Hanzomon Line's Mitsukoshi-mae station.
