I am really interesting with Japanese food, especially Mochi and Wagashi..
i want to know, how to make Sakura-mochi or may be just Mochi in Japan, could you tell me and give me the best recipes?
what is the differences between mochi and wagashi?
could you tell me please Wagashi's recipes too?
