You can get them from shops around Akihabara.

Note that the advanced features often not work outside of Japan. What kind of features are you looking at specifically?

The points on your list (except nfc) aren't exclusively Japanese features, so the good news is that phones that support those features in Japan (which is essentially every android phone) will also support them abroad.
Do you have any specific models in mind?
