Hiyashi chuka/somen outside of summertime 2013/9/11 22:41
I'm going to Japan in October (going to Tokyo, Nikko, Takayama, Shirakawa-go, Kyoto, Osaka, Kinosaki, Nara, Hikone and Hakone) and would really like to have some hiyashi chuka and/or somen when I'm there. I know that those are both summer foods, but was wondering if anyone knew of any good restaurants in any of the cities that I'm visiting that serve them outside the summer months. Thanks!
