I'll be in Tokyo on 22- 25 September and want to visit artisanal shops/ fairs. I'll be staying in the Ueno area.

Japan Traditional Crafts Aoyama Square (http://whereintokyo.com/venues/25392.html ) has a really nice selection of all kinds of traditional crafts - highly recommended!
