Second hand furniture/appliances in Tokyo?

I've recently moved to Nakano and my apartment is rather bare. And I don't have a fridge, which must be fixed. Does anyone know any decent second hand furniture/appliance shops in Tokyo, particularly around my area?

Go to Nakano City Recycle Room first. http://www.city.tokyo-nakano.lg.jp/dept/474000/d001373.htmlThere you can register things you are looking for and post into the draw, as you win, you can take them home for free(need your own transportation to bring them, no free delivery service). You must be a resident of Nakano City or work in Nakano to post into the draw. Because the recycle service is run by Nakano resident & worker's tax. For fridge, go to Yodobashi Outlet Shop in Shinjuku. http://bb-building.net/tokyo/deta/1274.html2nd floor of the BLDG. or go to Koenji. There several second hand shops but they are not cheap so much. or ask on internet. There are many people happy to give you their old fridge if you go and pick up, because it cost you quite expensive to dispose.

Any idea about how I would transport it if I get it from someone:? Are there any affordable companies to do this?
