Does Yodibashi Camera ship to outside Japan?

Hello everyone!
A rather odd question -- does Yodobashi Camera, or as a matter of fact, does some electronics shop ship to a mailing address outside Japan, say, somewhere in the Middle East?
I'm asking because my Xbox is NTSC-J (Japan console), and only a few games can work -- compatible games can only be found in Japan.
