Where can i get cosmetics like SK-2/Shiseido cheap in tokyo?

Where i have japanese variety lunches/dinner course meal that is cheap?

I don't know if it's possible to buy SKII for cheap in Tokyo -- it's a premium product.

Try sunnypages.jp or bento.com for food ideas.

I like the train station idea(, both in and around it). There are loads of moderately-priced restaurants in Tokyo, so I wouldn't worry. And lunches are usually a better deal than dinner.
