Where to buy this card ? except kyoto bus information (front of kyoto station). Can I buy on the bus? In the morning, I depart from Shin-osaka to Tofukuji (Transfer train at kyoto station) . I don't want to get out from kyoto station to buy this card and then take the train to tofukuji temple . Thank you.

At city bus ticket counters and subway stations. And also inside the bus, although there is the risk that the bus driver possibly runs out of tickets to sell. So if possible, I would try to avoid getting it inside the bus.

I assume you plan on taking the bus from Tofukiji, in which case your only easy option is to try to get it on board of the bus. I think usually it should be okay.

The pass is sold at the ticket counter of the subway station (Sanjo Keihan Station), but it is not sold at the ticket counters by Keihan Railway at Sanjo Station (where you arrive and which is also underground).
