hi, llike to ask for panasonic camara g7 purchase in japan. does it come with international warranty? does it camare itslef allow to change the setting from japanese to english?

Panasonic cameras sold in Japan do not have English language menus. The warranty will not apply outside Japan, either.

No to both questions, not unless it is a higher priced international model.
