Best party in Shibuya on Halloween night?

Shibuya is gonna be packed on Halloween night (this Thursday) and I was wondering what the best club events will be in Shibuya? Really wanna get dressed up in costume and go out partying. It doesn't have to be the BIGGEST event just a nice one with good music and a friendly vibe. I was really disappointed this past weekend as everywhere seemed to have a Halloween party but the music was the same anywhere you went, and the cover charge was expensive. I wanna party but I don't wanna pay 3000~5000yen to hear stupid Top 40 and "EDM" all night (I would gladly pay that fee if the music was good however!). Do good quality club music events just not exist on nights like Halloween? Or are there actual real good events happening which are just not reaching me on Facebook and Twitter?

Halloween events are always packed in Tokyo these past few years. It's extremely popular among young Japanese people since about 2 years ago and the costumes are getting more and more impressive each year.

Anyway I found two events that look interesting.

I've never heard of that venue Origami. Is it new? Anyone been there before? Good vibe/sound?
