romantic restaurant?

Hello everyone,

So i'll be in Tokyo end decemeber/ begin january to see my Japanese girlfriend.
I would like to make a reservation in a restaurant to celebrate her birthday.

Can someone advice me a good restaurant and if it's possible to make a reservation (outside japan) because good restaurants tend to be full.
