Foreign cards excepted in Yahoo Japan? Mbok?

Im staying in Japan for a few months so i have a permanent address but i only have foreign cards. From what i understand i can use them if the seller accepts credit cards but im not entirely sure. Im having a hard time trying to translate the buyer details and what not.
Can anyone confirm this?
(Also does anyone know if any shopping services / ways to get around this on mbok because they wont let me sign up with foreign card and my phone doesnt have internet)

If you mean Yahoo Japan or Rakuten, you may use "Chakku-Barai", 着払い, payment on arrival. you pay in Japanese Yen when you get the percel.
