Ankle support socks, etc... 2013/11/17 22:25
Goodday,
A friend of mine bought some kind of support socks for ankles, knees and stuff in a 100 yen shop in Japan. She sent pictures of the packages wondering if there is any specific use for them but I have no clue really. I could post the pictures here in case someone recognize them and if there are any times when you are not supposed to use them etc...

Thanks very much in advance!

There are pretty typical supporters that you would find in any drug store. The third one is a little different and has ankle padding.

You just use them if you need support, and I sometimes wear one when I have muscle or joint pain during/after working out or doing strenuous hiking.

They are a light athletic support. You use it to help against strain or perhaps alleviate strain. You can buy those at any US drugstore as well.
