I will be in Tokyo from March 24 to March 31 and would like to watch a game of baseball. I have a few questions: When and how can I buy tickets? How much do tickets cost? Which team should I watch? Thank you!

When and how can I buy tickets?
You can usually get tickets to most games at the stadium on gameday. Tigers and Giants games may be a little more difficult to get.
How much do tickets cost?
Depends on the seats, but they start from around 1000-2000 yen for bleacher seats.
Which team should I watch?
Where city will you be in? What teams are you interested in?

Games on March 28, 29 or 30, Yomiuri Giants - Hanshin Tigers are the best choice. But tickets sell very quickly. http://www.giants.jp/G/ticket/Giants sell the tickets on line, but you need a credit card, I assume, plus need to read Japanese... Hope if any of your friends can help.. Second choices are the games at Jingu for Yaklt with Yokohama. You can buy your ticket at the ballpark on the game day.

Thank you everybody! I think I'll go see the Giants vs Tigers. Hopefully I can arrange to get tickets!

Hi all. Is it worthwhile going to a pre-season game? Does it still have a good atmosphere? Would I need to reserve seats in advance for a pre-season game, such as the Giants vs Swallows on 2nd March? Thanks in advance.
