1) Does the Osaka Unlimited Pass cover any transportation from airport to the city area, such as Namba.
2) Does it cover the transportation to other areas like Nara?
3) Can I buy it at the airport?
Thks for answering my question.

1) Does the Osaka Unlimited Pass cover any transportation from airport to the city area, such as Namba.
Assuming you mean the Kansai Airport, no, the Kansai Airport is outside of the pass' area of validity.
Note, however, that there are several extension plans for the Japanese version of the Osaka Unlimited Pass. For an additional 300 Yen (the total becomes 2300 Yen) you can get the "Nankai Version" of the pass, which also includes the Nankai trains to Kansai Airport. Note that JR trains are not included in any version of the pass.
2) Does it cover the transportation to other areas like Nara?
The normal version of the Osaka Unlimited Pass covers only Osaka City. But as mentioned above, there are several extensions. The "Kintetsu Extension", for example, includes access to Nara by Kintetsu Railways for an additional 500 Yen (2500 Yen in total).
3) Can I buy it at the airport?
Yes, it is sold at travel counter of Kansai Airport. The "Nankai Version" of the pass is sold at ticket counter of the Nankai Airport Station.

I can't find any information in English. Just in case, here is the information in Japanese. The pass is known as "Osaka Shuyu Pass" in Japanese: http://www.pia-kansai.ne.jp/osaka/index.htmlIf I need both the Nankai and Kintetsu extension, how does it work? Both in one day? I think it is not possible to have more than one "extension" (note that extension is my word choice). It may be better to call them "versions". In any case, are you sure you can do all in one day? Note that the pass makes only sense if you travel a lot and make use of the discounts. If you don't have enough time to use enough discounts, it may well be cheaper to travel by single tickets rather than the Unlimited Pass. Below are the prices for single tickets for selected one way trips, just for your information: Kansai Airport to Namba (central Osaka by Nankai Railways): 890 Yen Namba-Nara (by Kintetsu Railways): 540 Yen

Please help me to confirm, the GREEN line in this japanese link: http://www.lmaga-kansai.com/guide/win/kakudai.html - 2300Y - is the Nankai version of Osaka Unlimited 1 Day Pass, which i can purchase right after arrival at Kansai Airport? Those areas covered in English website are the same with the Japanese website? Thanks again

Yes, that is right!
which i can purchase right after arrival at Kansai Airport?
Yes, it seems to be available at the Nankai Railway ticket counter of Kansai Airport Station.

As mentioned above, all the versions besides the "Osaka City" version are only covered by the Japanese version website. But the "Osaka City" version seems to be the same in Japanese and English, although, I suppose that the documentation you receive will be all in Japanese if you go for the Japanese pass.

As noted in the older parts of the thread, please research how much it will cost you by single fare tickets first.
Then take a look at the JR West Kansai Area Pass for 2000 yen (which allows you to ride the Haruka Limited Express to/from KIX).

According to this site: http://www.lmaga-kansai.com/en/There is a 2 days pass which covers city subway, new tram, and bus. It also includes free/discounted admission to several popular spots. Quite value for money. I have been using this excellent site/forum to my research for my trip. May i suggest that the above info be added to the following page: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e4006.htmlThank you.
