Shiba Inu Figurine Translation

I bought this cute doggie figurine (branded as a "Temple Shiba Inu Dog") on eBay. The picture on the sale page showed some kind of explanatory piece of paper (written in Japanese) along with the figurine, but unfortunately the seller lost the paper. However I am deeply interested in what it had to say about the figurine. I am wondering if anyone here can help me glean more information about the figure from the photo. I know it is a lot of text (and much of it a bit fuzzy), so even just a summary would be much appreciated: http://i58.tinypic.com/2web9ro.jpghttp://i59.tinypic.com/345g7zm.jpghttp://i62.tinypic.com/24l8yyt.jpgThank you very much for your insight!

–òŽtŠ˜ http://www.chugaitoen.co.jp/yakushigama/index.htmlthis is not related to Shibuya hachikou (Shibuya dog). this is an ornament of "the year of the dog", recently it is A.D. 2005. dogs have been familiar to our life for a long time. we love dogs for wishing the healthy growth of our children. this ornament is made for the celebration of the new year (the year of the dog) to invite us to the coming happiness.
