So is there perhaps any online place which buys used Japanese manga? Who send abroad?

I don't want to Ebay and Amazon - shipping costs are too high...

Most vendors who sell used stuff on Amazon don't ship abroad anyway. White Rabbit's package forwarding service might be a solution. Their rates are reasonable (I think) and I have generally been satisfied with White Rabbit (although I never used that particular service).
