Do you mean the people working there, or if the songs have English subtitles?

If you want to check a particular branch has English-speaking staff, then maybe you should call them, as they may not be many people here who have been to that branch and don't speak any Japanese.

Most likely the staff will know enough English to understand how many people you have in your group and how long you want to stay for. Having staff with high level English ability probably wouldn't be very helpful anyway, as people who don't understand Japanese would have trouble selecting songs or reading the menu unless someone else explained it to them.

It is less than 4000 yen per person per hour.If you're planning on staying for more than a few hours, then the cheapest plan will probably be freetime. You can stay for upto 6 hours for around 1100 to 4000yen per person per hour depending on the time of day you go.

You can try asking for help, but you should still make an effort to figure out how to use the machines, which don't always have english menus. Showng people how to select songs is not part of the karaoke box staff's job, and they get really busy during evenings and weekends, so you should do whatever you can before you ask them for help.
