im new than this site and my english is bad.
I have a picture of a modern Japanese painter.
on the back there is a small phrase, which perhaps allows me to more fully understand the meaning of the picture.
please who can help me translate that sentence?

it may not be a Japanese painter, probably a Chinese painter. some seems to be an address, but not in Japan. maybe,Vád in China.Vád˜a“c’n‹ć?

The painting depicts a white camel with the background of a sand dune in black and gold.
The scene is surreal camel looks like a ghost.
the name is the signature of the painter.
