I might be doing some sports or physical activites whilst in Japan.

eg. Climbing Mt Fuji among others.

My Japanese isn't the best, but I would like to be clear, even if the instructor speaks English.

What would be the best way to say
"I dont have any health problems"
or
"I dont have any health problems that would affect this activity"

After doing skiing / skydiving in other countries I find this is usually a good phrase to have.
(google translate probably won't give me good context if I simply typed the phrase in)

Thank you
