What do you mean "how you read AGON in Japanese"? It's a name, correct? Then it is pronounced the way it is in your language.

The family name "Kajimoto" is most often written with two kanji characters 梶本. The first character means the tree paper mulberry, and also rudder (of a ship), though the "rudder" is often written with a different character too. The second kanji character means "root," "origin," etc.
