Hi,
Please can you tell me where I can buy 3D nail polish and nails decals in Tokyo? I am also after face decals, so if you can please tell me where I can buy them I will be very grateful. Is there anywhere in Harajuku that sells them?

You can buy at Don Quijote(or Donki) Shibuya, near Shibuya 109, Tokyu Hands Shibuya, Loft Shibuya, Matsumoto-Kiyoshi(or Matsu-Kiyo) drug and pharmacy Shibuya part1(24 hrs store) and part2. I think Matsu-Kiyo Harajuku takeshita dori ave store also sell some items but not sure.
