Urgent shopping list

Hi guys, i know this sounds slightly pathetic but i have just moved into my new apartment and it looks like it's barely been cleaned since the last person moved out!
Admittedly i am a bit of a clean freak and was wondering if you could help me out to tell me where the best places are to get the below stuff. I guess quite a bit of it can be bought a local Konbini?
- Hangers (just to be clear...to hang clothes haha) - Cleaning products like kitchen spray, surface wipes and something to clean the floor. - Kettle - Iron - Ironing board - Hand wash - Cutlery
Thanks in advance!

Your local supermarket will have most of those items, while a home center will carry everything.

Ok great, thanks. Do you know the name of any particular store chains that would do most of the home accessory stuff? I'm in Kyoto if that helps.
Thanks!

Where in Kyoto? I don't know the local chains in Kansai, but there's always Loft or Tokyu Hands in central Kyoto. Some of the department stores will probably have a lot of what you need as well.

Based quite near the main Kyoto station so plenty of things around me but didn't want to walk around aimlessly. I really need to do this now so heading out asap with pocket Wifi and google maps leading the way!
Cheers for your help!

I don't know much about Kyoto, but at least pricey Loft and Hands are the last places you'd go to if you're simply looking for urgent everyday goods, and not picky about unique qualities or fancy designs. Convenience stores are also often a bit pricey although handy.
The first and easiest place you'd like to visit are either 100 yen shops or recycle shops.
Then one might look into Muji, since their designs are very plain, making things look sofisticated for the price, and they sell a bunch "for-single-resident" goods.

Brilliant, thanks all for the replies. Got most of the stuff. As you say, probably panicked a bit and got each item for more than i could of got it elsewhere but relatively happy.
Just for the record, BIC Camera by the station pretty much does absolutely everything! For a price..

If it's urgent you can't be as picky about price. Better to just find a place that carries everything and buy it in one go.
