Kobe sand pie

Last year November, I was at glico store outside of universal studios; For the rainbow pocky. There I saw this amazingly simple and boring packaging. I believe it was called Kobe sand pie.
It's brown flaky biscuit with cream/butter/something in it. Packaging was simple brown. Can't remember much else. I was wondering whether i got the name right.
Google didn't help much and it isn't as famous as other sand pies. Ie rottakei 's butter
