Where can I buy soil for my roses in Tokyo?

I have 3 pots with roses that i bought from a place 1 hour far away from center of Tokyo.
But the soil I bought was not enough.
I want to buy some soil but somewhere nearby from Shinjuku.
Can someone help me please?

Keio Department Store Shinjuku has gardening and horticultural section on the rooftop(Keio Sky Garden), Pet and Gardening floor.
