I need to translate that to English. If anyone can help me I will be glad. Thanks!
私が ... 連れてきたから ... いんな (Seems to say something like: "I am ... the one ... who brought it here")

I cannot quite make sense of the last bit in the first sentence, but it is something like:
- It is me... who brought (it/him/her) here...
- What am I supposed to tell Inumaru-kun?

いんな looks misspelled as こんな (such a thing/this). And if so, it's omitted from こんなことになる (things would come to this/this could happen) or something, it sounds at a loss for words.
Or みんな (all/everyone), in this case, "so everyone got hurt (because of me)" or something.
