What to do at Osaka at night?

Hi,
I'm going to be in Osaka in September this year. Are there any nice activities that I can do at night time (after dinner)?
I'm open to any suggestions.
Please give some details of the place and approx. cost. Please also mention if it is something that I need to book in advance.
