Hi
I am staying at Ikebukuro area and wonder where I could make a pair of spectacles with English help? How much is the average price? How long is the waiting time? I am in Japan only 1 week.

I'd just ask at your hotel. There should be numerous places around Ikebukuro.
I live in Yokohama, and I recently got some single focus glasses. The cost about 4000 yen with frames, including eye test. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to be done, once I had selected the frames.
