15 years ago I lived in Japan and saw some young twin female enka singers on TV Sunday nights. What are their names?

The Enka singers you mentioned if they are a duo, I think it's unique. Indeed, there often is that Enka singer sing in session on the television programs and concerts, but they are a different artist each other.
In order to find your answer, I'd recommend that you search the whole of the J-pop artists, not only enka singers.
