hello! thank you very much :)
well, there is a lovely labrador tied up outside a neighbour's house, but he looks so sad .. and he never seems to be taken for a walk ..
I'd like to pat him .. but I don't wish to make the neighbour angry! so I was thinking first to ask "may I pat your dog?" and if he lets me, then wait a little, then maybe a while later, "may I take him for a walk?"
