Dispatch from outward office of exchange

Hi i just want to ask a few questions. I just purchase a watch for my fiance at ebay and ship via royal mail and delivered it at japan. this was the status what does it mean?
and the current status was Dispatch from outward office of exchange at KAWASAKIHIGASHI KANAGAWA last august 27.

so it does not returned to UK ? the receiver will now receive soon in japan? the estimated date was aug 22 to 28 2014 but then he does not received yet nor calls or updates. thank you.

Yes, it does. Unless I misunderstand your question, you are the sender of the parcel and you are in the UK, aren't you? So, "return to the sender" means that it was sent back to you.

Maybe Sheryline (in the UK) bought it on ebay, and asked the seller to ship it fiance in Japan?

Then when they say "returned to sender" it is going back to the seller. You (Sheryline) need to contact the ebay seller and give them the correct address to ship to.

oh yes, it left japan. my fiance called theost office in japan, then they told it was sent back at UK.

Sounds like the seller copied down the address incorrectly. Have you contacted him about it yet?
