Best Way to Buy PSN (US) Cards

Helle everyone.
Has anyone figured out a good, efficient way of buying cards for the US-PSN store from Japan?
I am not American and thus do not have a US-based credit card, and so am not able to put funds into my account that way.

I'm in Australia and I get my US PSN from amazon.com. You can use non-US Credit Cards, but you do have to have an amazon account linked to a US address. Find a friend in one of the States that doesn't charge sales tax, and use their address to create an account.
