There's a million of them. Be a bit more specific and we can help you more:
Type of food? Price range? Atmosphere? Who is going? (kids vs. adults only) Around what area? etc. etc.

All adults on the trip so food doesn't have to be child friendly.
For Tsukiji, is there any particular must try sushi place or generally all are good?
M looking for nice place to have yakitori style BBQ sticks with beer.....preferably no too ex.
What's good around Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza?
Thanks.

I like the Kirin restaurant in Shinjuku for beer, since they serve draft some of their beers including their white beer, and their signature Heartland. No yakitori there though. There are a million yakitori restaurants in shinjuku though; just look around and pick one, they're all about the same imo.

Try these foods at the places listed:
Ramen - Shinjuku Okonomiyaki - Asakusa Yakitori - Shinjuku or Yurakucho Sushi - Tsukiji Onigiri - Convenience stores Chankonabe - Ryogoku
Otherwise just look around and see what takes your fancy. Most places have plastic models of their food and menus outside.
