Where to Buy Popcorn in Hikone

So I know this kind of seems like a stupid question, but despite now living in Hikone, I have yet to see popcorn of any kind in any store.
Does anyone have any idea of somewhere I might be able to buy popcorn (either microwave bags like in America or just kernels to pop on the stove) in Hikone? I've checked the 7-Elevens and Cainz/Beisia, as well as the supermarket next to Hikone Station, but I may just have missed it.
Any ideas?

Pariya supermarket at Bellroad has some popcorn for microwaves. :)
Saw it but didn't buy it.
