Affordable Teppanyaki in Kobe

A half day side trip brings us to Kobe.
We'd love to have some good Kobe Beef Teppanyaki but not willing to shell out exorbitant prices. Budget per head for this will be pegged around $100 maximum. Does such a place even exist? And if I can have the luxury of choice, somewhere near a train station.
